We aim to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, due to the nature of our business, we maintain a strict refund and return policy in accordance with applicable EU laws.

2. Returns – Consumer (B2C) Orders
Under EU law, private consumers are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period (also called a “cooling-off period”) for eligible purchases.

3. Refunds
Refunds are only issued if the returned items are:

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Include clear photos of the item and packaging

We may offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion
If the issue is verified and approved, we will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Business (B2B) Orders
Orders placed using a business name, VAT number, or wholesale account are considered B2B transactions.
🔒 B2B sales are final.
We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds on wholesale or business-to-business purchases, except in the case of:

Proven defective or damaged goods reported within 48 hours
No withdrawal or “change of mind” returns are accepted for business customers.
6. Refused Deliveries & Unclaimed Packages
If a delivery is refused or goes unclaimed:

We reserve the right to deduct return shipping and restocking fees from your refund

We may refuse reshipment unless return costs are covered in advance
