1. General Policy

We aim to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, due to the nature of our business, we maintain a strict refund and return policy in accordance with applicable EU laws.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


2. Returns – Consumer (B2C) Orders

Under EU law, private consumers are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period (also called a “cooling-off period”) for eligible purchases.

✅ Eligibility for Returns:

You may request a return if:

  • You are a private (non-business) customer

  • You notify us within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Products that are opened, used, or damaged by the customer

  • Digital downloads or personalized/customized items

  • Perishable goods or hygiene-sensitive items

  • Orders from business customers (B2B)

⏱️ Return Process:

  1. You must notify us in writing at [[email protected]] within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. You must return the item within 7 days of your return request approval.

  3. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and safe delivery of the item.

  4. Items must be returned in resalable condition with all original packaging.


3. Refunds

Refunds are only issued if the returned items are:

  • Received on time

  • In perfect condition (as determined upon inspection)

💸 Refund Conditions:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds may take 7–14 business days to process after item inspection


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging

  • We may offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion

If the issue is verified and approved, we will cover the return shipping costs.


5. Business (B2B) Orders

Orders placed using a business name, VAT number, or wholesale account are considered B2B transactions.

🔒 B2B sales are final.
We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds on wholesale or business-to-business purchases, except in the case of:

  • Proven defective or damaged goods reported within 48 hours

No withdrawal or “change of mind” returns are accepted for business customers.


6. Refused Deliveries & Unclaimed Packages

If a delivery is refused or goes unclaimed:

  • We reserve the right to deduct return shipping and restocking fees from your refund

  • We may refuse reshipment unless return costs are covered in advance
